program staff in the development of annual and periodic program goals, objectives, work plans, schedules and budgets.

Work closely with the Program Director to implement delivery
of services from other departments: Loan Fund, Communications and Volunteers, Outreach, and Research/Evaluation.
Marian Benton, Community Cooridator
Manage a Community Advisory Committee, Work with the
all managers to develop the budget for each program. Monitor the budget within appropriate fiscal guidelines, including grant
and contract compliance.
Letia Benton, Administrator
In consultation with the CEO, Program Director and Management
Team, develop policies and procedures for the implementation and administration of the program.
